We offer flexible, cost effective, serviced offices, virtual offices and on-demand office services to enable you to promote an excellent business image.

We provide support to home-based businesses, start-ups and other smaller organisations, offering them the opportunity to take on professional offices without the burdensome levels of commitment of the traditional providers.

The main space is occupied by a handful of smaller organisations. With the added benefit of hot desks, the 'free-zone' and the meeting room there are plenty of opportunities for social interaction (something many home based businesses claim to really miss) and networking between clients that could generate new business contacts and referrals!

A personal story that lead to the development of Albans Offices Space - Your Flexible Office Solution!

As owners of small but growing businesses we found that we had outgrown our home office. Distractions from the kids and a need to take on staff as the business grew forced us to look to the office space market. And what a surprise that was!

With cost effective office space tending to be in less desirable locations, or coming as an empty shell, and with the more salubrious space coming with a minimum 5 year term, it seemed that the landlords were just 'doing it the way it had always been done' - none of them were thinking about what the customer really needed, and in so doing they were alienating us, the customer!

We saw the opportunity to solve our own need for space and to expand on the services our business already offered to local businesses by providing the kind of office solution we would have been delighted to find during our search.

So, with the help of a family investor in August 2007 we purchased The Old Pump House (formerly Photoprint House) and set to the task of transforming a run down reprographics studio into a contemporary, modern office space with all the facilities you would expect to find.

The Old Pump House was officially opened on 7th September 2007 by the then Mayor of St Albans, Kate Morris, a local historian who herself has a special interest in the properties on Stonecross. Guest speaker, business networking guru and best selling author, Andy Lopata, treated guests at the opening to an inspiring keynote talk on the value of networking for businesses, and guests enjoyed the opportunity to try out some of that networking over a glass of wine and a wonderful buffet, with thanks to Delish Deliveries of Sandridge!
