Usually our serviced office space is offered on a rolling, monthly licence basis - meaning you are never committed beyond the end of the next month.
On the ground floor your pod is part of a semi-open plan space. More discrete offices are created through the use of tall screens and storage units to define your space. The downstairs pods can be merged to make larger offices for 2+ people.
Upstairs your pod is in a completely open plan environment, with lower screens and fewer storage units. The space upstairs has a light, airy feel. If you need several desk spaces, up to a maximum of 10 spaces (the whole floor) this space would be ideal for you.
Each part of the building has a very different ambiance and with the 2 options available we hope we have something for everyone. What we do not offer is fixed, enclosed offices - the building does not lend itself to that arrangement - plus this would not enable us to offer you the flexible space options we aim to provide.
For any usage period a standard desk pod includes:
- Broadband access over your own VLAN (cabled or wireless)
- Tall, sound reducing privacy screen
- Desk, including leg based cable management system, waste paper bin
- Under desk, lockable, storage pedestal with filing draw and pen tray
- Multi-position chair with optional arms, suitable for all-day, regular use
- Office hours reception area
- Business rates, utilities, cleaning, buildings insurance, alarm and fire systems
- A high, lockable storage unit with roller door, 2 shelves and 1 suspension filing rail (downstairs only)
- 24 hour access, subject to a deposit being paid.
- A VoIP (internet phone line) connection. Your calls however are an additional, monthly charge. Call charges are typically up to 40% less than a standard BT line.
