Alongside the serviced and virtual office solutions we can offer you we have a range of additional services to help take away some of the hassles of the day to day running of your business.

All services are offered on a pay-per-use basis and are charged by the hour. Prior to taking on any work we always provide you with a clear expectation of how long the work will take to complete and even if we have to spend a little longer on the work than planned we won't charge you for that (unless of course it's as a result of a change to what you have asked for!)

Direct Email Marketing Campaigns

Gone are the days of cold calling - you don't tolerate it, so why should your prospects? A less intrusive, lower cost, further reaching approach is email marketing.

For either £25 per hour (ad hoc) or for a pre-determined ongoing monthly fee (based on your requirements) we can provide the following services to enable you to deliver an effective direct email marketing campaign:
  • Data entry: We'll create an excel database from all your business cards in a format ideal for both transacting the email marketing campaign but also for you to have rapid access to all your contacts in a simple spreadsheet format
  • Email format: From a simple word document including your preferred content, your contact details and any images / logos we'll structure an email newsletter format for you and tweak the copy to ensure that it makes sense to your reader - we can do this because unlike you, who will be close to your business, close to your message, when we read the content we'll respond to it just like the person who reads it when they get your email - as an outsider who doesn't intuitively know what you are trying to say...
  • Email sending: Using your data and your enhanced copy we'll issue individual emails, personally addressed to each named contact on your list. The email will include links back to your webpages etc. as you want (and with some web providers you will be able to track the hits resulting from your email marketing campaign).
    We'll ensure images are used appropriately yet sparingly to avoid emails being trapped in spam and junk filters.
  • Email response management: Any email marketing campaign will generate responses - usually these are enquiries - which is great, but you also get a considerable amount of other stuff cluttering up your inbox - out of office responses, undeliverable responses and unsubscribes etc. We manage these to keep your data clean and compliant and to avoid you having to wade through them all.

In addition we can provide you with effective chasing of late payments to ensure you get what you are due in a timely fashion from your customers.

If you employ staff we can also support you in ensuring you run an accurate payroll to meet your obligations to HMRC.
